Client Guidebook
Starting treatment comes with a lot of unanswered questions, and this guidebook covers the practical ones first. You will find how daily schedules are structured, how phone and visitor policies differ by program, what to expect from your case manager, and the ways families stay part of the process.
Client Guidebook, The Details
Starting treatment comes with a lot of unknowns, and knowing what a typical day looks like takes some of the fear out of the first week. Here is how things actually work at Woodard Recovery.
Your days follow a set structure: group sessions, individual meetings, meals, and time built in for rest. That routine is intentional. It gives you or your loved one something steady to hold onto early on.
A few things vary by program, so ask about the specifics that apply to you:
- Phone access, including when devices are allowed and any check-in procedures
- Visitor days and who can come
- What personal items you can bring
Every client works with a case manager who coordinates care, tracks progress, and handles practical matters like discharge planning. This is your main point of contact when questions come up.
Families stay connected through scheduled updates, family sessions, and education about what recovery involves. If you are supporting someone here, tell the case manager how involved you want to be. We will work out what fits both of you.
